Use DHL Ground. Pack them securely and put them in two boxes (two wheels per box). You should be able to send two 18x18x18 boxes (giving you enough room for the two wheels and plenty of padding inside the box and between the wheels) to Texas for about $18 per box.

I have had nothing but bad luck with DHL. They are completely retarded, but 18 per box is a good deal.

I agree, they seem to have Downs' Syndrome.

However, if you pack things well and insure them, they generally have a hard time screwing up.
