                  They are 7" on the inside for mounting, and 8" wide overall.

                  They weigh 15 lb's each.

                  Once again they are a direct application, NO SPACERS, SPACERS ARE BAD.

                        zip is 78249. Thanks. I hope its around 20/wheel that would be badass. And since they are smaller it should be easier to ship them and less expensive.

                              Use DHL Ground. Pack them securely and put them in two boxes (two wheels per box). You should be able to send two 18x18x18 boxes (giving you enough room for the two wheels and plenty of padding inside the box and between the wheels) to Texas for about $18 per box.
