The plug does not get torqued down....once wheel is on and the other 4 lugs are tightened down it gains the proper strength from the other 4 lugs and the one in the plug. These have been R&D'd and are safe. No wobble, vibrations or anything of the sort.

I'm going to ask a stupid question: how do you torque the overlap bolt? I mean - it looks like the hole for the 5x120 has to be in a *specific position*, so you would not be able to tighten it to 75Nm or 100Nm, you could tighten it to 75 and then try to see if you could get it to go to the position required by tightening more but... could someone explain? Thanks!

Any tips centering the overlap plug? It seems like is not aligned with he rest of the holes.

Do you install the overlap plug first or last? Do you have pics of the adapter without the wheel on?


It seems that I'm about 1/4 of an inch off, can't make it any tighter or rotate to the right.

The correct replacement overlap plugs got here today, and they fit perfectly. As per his word, Rob had the replacements sent as quickly as possible, and they got here in time for me to get my car to the Picnic this weekend. Communication with Rob was never lacking, and he did everything he said he would. Top quality service and a top quality product.
