Not hard just need to remove the back window and side windows. Remove the sunroof panel for recover as well. Easier if you have 2 people working on it. I am waiting till the 15th. The basic headliners and micro are a go and need 3 more for the Alcantara.

I think you need to actually remove the seal around the window, I believe that the pop-outs still have a seal around the window too.
