Yeah, but I just found out my job is retarded. Something about their bank doesn't like my bank. I deposited my check on Monday and it hasn't cleared yet. I called my bank and they said it's gonna take 10 days to clear every check from their bank, so by the time the money actually gets into my account, this will be over with. :(

I might take Bimmerman325i's spot, but he said he doesn't really want to sell his spot, so that might not even happen.

      Weaksauce.

So, I just spent the day abusing the car / wheels on track at High Plains Raceway, Colorado's newest track (it's F*UCKING AWESOME!).... I not only got signed off to do SCCA Time Trials and Club Racing, etc... But I abused the wheels and they held up to it. They didn't bend or break and my car stuck like a damn magnet (I learned today that HOLY CRAP this car has much more grip than I previously thought).

              Thanks for the great review!

This group buy will officially close on Sunday the 11th, as the wheels will be arriving in about 4 weeks after that.

                  Groupbuy is closed.

These will be on the water in about a week and a half after the container is picked up. They will be done production in a few days and then the rest will be handled by the freight carriers, so we should see them mid May :D

Guys who bought anthracite. What are you going to use for lugs or studs? If studs any source that work well wiht these wheels without a ton of thread protruding.

                    Thanks,

                    Tyler

I'm interested in switching to studs now too. As an update, for those who didn't know, my rubbing isn't on the lip of the fender like I had hoped. After investigating further, it's rubbing further up in the fender well, which would most likely be fixed by raising the rear slightly. I will note that I've "rolled" the rear lip a tad, but it's most definitely not flat, just rounded off.

Eddy, PM'd u a few days ago too.

Lol it's been posted 100 times, especially in the first GB thread. They're Ground Control Coilovers (the special e30 valves ones) w/ GC Camber plates. I bought front strut tubes from a part out and had them sent to GC, where they shortened and welded em for me, as well as welded on e30m3 sway bar mounting tabs and powdercoated them. As of tonight, there's a good chance the ride height is "set." MAYBE, I'll raise the ass end up, but ONLY by MAYBE 1/4".... I love this suspension system!

Also waiting for a PM back from Eddy, as well as some input on studs (like that's not been done 10 times already... )

                            Bishop,

You're rubbing? Nothing a little body work wont fix.

It's bearable for now, and causes no noticeable damage to the tires. I really wanna get the car repainted and I'll definitely think about pulling th oem metal, or adding flares.

Mine is a slight pull and some dolly/hammer work to smooth out the body lines. I have stock E30 M3 springs with Koni's. I am running 17x8 with 235/35/17 front and 17x9.5 25mm spacer and 255/35/17's rear. I will be running 275/35/17 drag radials as I know have plenty of room.
