You also have to consider the resistance from the spring.. supposedly there are tuned so shock and spring work together.

you guys didnt factor in how yolked and strong i am into the equation....
no but really it compresses fairly easily but you were right the speed is slow. i guess it lays within the speed of the compression. anyways im extremely happy with my purchase and now i have to figure out how to install it.

These at their highest setting gives what drop? I am looking to just put on wheels and then adjust accordingly; for my vert which will see cruising and that is it. No track/race/DD.

I got mine this morning and agree 100% the first threads on one of the front struts are buggered up from poking out of the box and hitting something it should be an easy fix with a file or die but it sucks none the less.
On a positive note they got here real fast shipped Monday here Saturday and I cant wait till spring to install them.

So, can everyone tell me how many miles they have racked up on these? Also if they've seen any track time?

Read thru some pages. There's been a track day or two.

I personally have about 5,000 miles on mine and no real difference.

Hey, haha i put shocks and springs with adjuster on the rear of my car, and took it off and put my old lowering spring, cuz it was too high on the lowest setting... tomorrow will start on front, that mainly what i needed to lower, and ordered skid plate... pretty excited!
