    Test Pipe Feeler

I'm taking my car into my friends shop next week to have a bolt in test pipe made up. I've been shopping around for exhaust systems and I don't want anything too loud but also want a good tone.

I talked to Mike at Eurowise in Charlotte NC today and he's on board for producing these if there is some interest. My car will be the test mule for the project.

What I will hopefully end up with is pipes that bolt to the manifolds and have an xpipe where the cat/resonator used to be to balance the pulses in the exhaust and go to flanges that will bolt to the rear exhaust section.

This is a feeler right now. I'm not sure of prices or anything yet and will know hopefully soon.

I might be dropping it off next week to his place for the work. I'm sure there will be some hi res pics of the process. The fab guy there can lay some sick welds.

heres the shop that will be doing the work http://euro-wise.com/index.php

Very interested. So this will just bolt up replacing the cat to make it a straight pipe?

Pretty much. I want something that I can bolt in and out if need be. It will have an Xpipe where the factory resonator/cat was so it will balance out the exhaust pulses

do you have any idea on price?
i know universal test pipes are in the 35-55 range.

definately curious as for final product.

soundclip will be a must! also what is your exhaust setup as of now?

This will be higher then 55 for sure. This will be a complete bolt in xpipe.

I'm running factory exhaust as of now so we all know how they sound. I will be dropping it off at the shop this week.
