Mine where just delivered after 7 days and a holiday weekend. Did anybody else have to cut the nipple off the bottom pad or am I doing something wrong?

Hey just wondering if anyone on the forum has a diy install on these. I've had my set of JOMS for about a month now and I havent had enough time to tackle the install and a write up would make me feel a little more at ease trying to do them myself, so any help would be great, Love the set and I havent even put them on yet :)

PS - Just FYI, and not ruin the group buy, BUT I got mine on eBay shipped from the UK for somewhere in the neighborhood of $400 shipped (shipping was quick, too). It was less than $440 for sure.
