So I presume that this quesiton has been answered already, but seeing as there are 30 pages of comments.....

On the products page there are flip-out keys and the (IMHO) nicer keys with the two buttons on them. What all parts are included in this kit? And so it's an alarm and keyless entry? I can't just get keyless entry going?

I presume that in the box are step-by-step instructions too? I've got a keyless system already instealled, but this is beyond awesome-looking, would love to upgrade!

Due to some complaints about people not liking the auto arming feature i've decided to cut my losses on these and put them on clearance. All sales will be final. The system comes with general installation instructions and professional installation is highly recommended. Grab them they are in stock because i will not be offering alarm systems in the future.

Auto-arming doesn't sound like the worst punishment, amirite?

And worst case I can ekep using my current setup and treat these as expensive-but-cool-blanks, right?

Running my setup as solely a keyless and am stoked on it. Not really tripping on the auto arming at all. I can always just unlock manually. Einstein has been cool about all the questions and concerns and accommodated folks as much as possible.

Perfect it's not but miles better than visiting the trunk lock for every entry and exit. The keys are dope too.

I made the repair to my vehicle this afternoon and it works great. I ran a wire to the trunk switch and to one of my door switches (they are already daisy chained together from the factory) from the blue door signal wire on the unit.

You unlock with the fob, open any of the doors or the trunk within 20 seconds and the car doesn't auto arm. If you do not open your doors the car will relock itself.

At least as a keyless entry this thing works great now that I fixed the auto-arming.

I removed the JP1 jumper that I had soldered in. What you need to do is momentarily short the blue wire (door signal) to ground. This can be accomplished by running that wire to any of the door/truck switches and momentarily opening and closing the door. I plan to daisy chain my four doors and trunk to the door signal wire so that it prevents the auto locking with any of my doors being open. When you do not open a door or the module doesn't see that momentary ground within the 20 second time frame it will still autolock.

If the door stays open (ground is constant) there is a relay that cycles on the unit, which according to the instructions is the lights flashing indicating that your door is open, which is not hooked up on my car. So, you don't want to permanently ground the unit or it will run your battery dead.

As an FYI I don't have the lights, horn, shock sensor, brake signal or ignition hooked up to this unit. I am only using it for keyless entry.

Hope this helps a lot of you guys.

Here is the final install notes (For ONLY keyless entry) for those that want to know:

I installed my unit in the trunk inbetween the trunk lock actuator and the battery, since it is alot easier to work around and I knew I wasn't going to be using the ignition cutout/lights/siren etc. Here is the wiring "pin-out"

                  Car ---------------Function----Keyless Entry Module

Brown ----- -------Ground ---- Black+Yellow+Black/Yellow (Splice all of these together)
                  Green/Black - ------Lock - -----White
                  Green/Purple - -----Unlock - ----White/Black
                  Battery + Terminal - Power ----- Red

                  Door/Trunk Switch - Door Signal - Blue

The top wiring is pretty self explanitory, what you need to do for the door signal is splice the grounding wire for one of the door switches (They are daisy chained for dome light) and the trunk light switch to signal the controller that the trunk or the door is open to disable the auto lock. If you do not open the door/trunk the car will lock in ~20 seconds.

^ I'm glad to hear the progress, I will definitely install as keyless and follow your model. I'm assuming it'll work the same if installing under the dash?

backtrail69, you are the man!! I have been delaying the install of this because I didnt know where to start. Using your setup I had it done in 20 minutes and most of that time was re wrapping wires!

Same, I wish the keys were alittle sturdier, but they work just fine.
