Before installing, please check out your hardware that comes included. I personally did not open every UPS express box and double check that all of the hardware was there. The supplier pre-packaged all of the boxes and shipped them to be in one BIG box. So for the late model, you should have the following:
Rear
2:25mm hex-bolts
2: 35mm hex-bolts
2: 40mm hex-bolts
4: shorter nuts & bolts
2: hex-bolt that threads into each support bracket (see instructions)
6: clamps
Front
2: self tapping screws
2: hex-bolts
2: clamps
4: spring clips
If any of those bolts/nuts/screws aren't there I apologize in advance. Please head to your local hardware store and get a matching bolt if you need to. Like I said, I didn't package these. The set I installed on my car wasn't missing hardware so I didn't even think about double checking all of the other boxes before I shipped them out.
Hope you guys can understand! PM me if you have any questions.Comment

Anyone figured out how to mount the early ones? I got late model rear directions, and I can't even find a picture of them.1987 325is, S50B30US, Kamei side skirts, Zender Spoiler.

Same here. I'm confused on how the rear ones go on. It looks like I have to remove my shrouds to be able to make the rear ones fit. Any advice would be great. There was nothing I could find online except on how to put up late model ones.Comment

From what I can tell, they seem to be made for euro bumpers, not US Spec.1987 325is, S50B30US, Kamei side skirts, Zender Spoiler.

Did any of the early model buyers figure out how to get the flaps on? On the rear it seems they go under the shrouds...maybe? And on the front my car has a tiny plastic lip along the fender that prevents the flap from attaching flush. My car is bone stock so does that come off?
I'd love to know if anyone was able to make it work!Comment
