Didn't see these comments until now. The texture is pictured in multiple pictures. I'm sorry if you aren't satisfied with it not looking exactly like vinyl but you knew that it did not mach completely when you ordered it.
I have never had an issue with people not liking the final texture until someone here mentioned it. Like others have said wait for the final product and if you don't like it, send it back and we can work something out.
I have good feedback on here from the over 30 consoles I have made. I'm getting these out as fast as possible but I need to find a few more cores until this second batch can go out. The next batches will be Cores required or a large core fee--solely because people do not want to wait for me to find the cores i need to make these.

I got mine in last week. The construction and molding of the cup holders is excellent. Where it is lacking is the finish. If you take the vinyl wrapping off your current console what you see is close to the finish it will be. There is perhaps a little added texture and flat black paint. I am going to look into having mine wrapped with a vinyl or perhaps leather.
