box arrived open and item had no packaging material, just flopping around in the box as well :\

I've never had a problem with the boxes before and each one has been sent out in the box you received. The boxes are made to taylor the consoles thus not needing extra packaging on the inside. Like I stated before if you have a problem with your console you should contact me direct before posting about it on my thread. I PM'd you back.

Just a suggestion, why don't you just require a core and work on the order according to the time you received their core. That way, they will be forced to send in their core. Then make a waiting list for those who doesn't want to send theirs, and work on it according to when you will get your spare cores. i think it will work for everybody....

You're missing the point. You offer more of a core charge and they're more likely to send you back their core to get the refund. It's not making you more money nor is it costing the customer more money as long as the core is returned. :)

I'm not knocking the product at all buddy. They're awesome!

What he said. Keeping your price the same and just upping the core charge to say $30 would get you more consoles to work with. You aren't ACTUALLY raising the price, you are just making sure you get cores in return so you can continue offering the awesome deal you are at $110.

Anyway, it was just an observation, as you said you were having trouble getting cores back... and this is the reason I guessed at. Keep up the good work, can't wait til you get to batch 3.
