2015 group buy for carbon intake systems (aka CF airbox), currently in progress, production ending Feb. 28, 2015.


Hello, we are running a group buy on carbon airbox for s14, s50, s54, s65 powered e30 / e30 m3 / 2002 as well as other chassis (e28, e36, e46, etc). We also have alpha N system for certain engines (s14, s50, m20, m50, s38, etc). For S54 we can program the factory ECU in alpha N mode, delete EWS and integrate for other chassis like e30 or e36. We are located in Germany and specialize in these kind of setups. Our setups have been installed on a number of top running BMW CCA club race cars and also in cars featured in the roundel. Please have a look below for pictures of various installations.


Airboxes are being manufactured now and shipping as they complete. So if your order is in early, you will receive your airbox earlier. Typical lead time from order to dispatch is approx. 2-3 weeks. The closing date for this group buy is Feb 28, 2015.

There are various carbon fiber airbox systems and air plenum intakes available. The airbox systems include snorkels and install kits where required. Some of the versions available:

ECU software is available for S14, S50, S54, S65 and S85 using factory ECU. Options for engine installations into different chassis: EWS delete, speed signal delete, DSC delete, Cat monitoring delete, Alpha N mode, VMAX disable, etc. Drive-by-wire (electronically controlled TBs) can be retained when installing engines in different chassis.

Maxx Alpha N V2.0 with Wideband O2 closed loop control & lambda target map: 705 euro

S14 DTM CF Airbox System -- large volume plenum, long runners, 46 or 48 mm diameter (49 & 50 mm also available, see above):

• CF airbox with install kit: 950 euro
• CF snorkel kit: 155 euro
• Brake reservoir relocation kit: 60 euro (not required on race cars with dual master cylinders)

Very impressive work. GLWS. But seriously? Every other BMW model but not even an attempt on M20? :hitler:

May the M50 one can be modified to come up with one for M20.

We have worked on M20 before. But you should convert to individual throttles. Alpha N conversion for M20 is available. There were far more requests for S50 and S54 E30 versions, which is why we have those.

btw there were some questions re S54 installs---there are custom e30 and e36 version s54 airbox fuer use in those chassis.
