I realized that the wheel bolts were protruding in too far into the rear, e-brake drum and catching on something every time the wheel made a full turn. I compared the mating hub on these wheels to that of the borbet wheels that I removed and noticed that it is about half as thin. I am fairly positive my wheel lugs are OE. For now, i can just grind them down a few mm, but I am a little concerned about the wheel integrity with the mating hub being that thin.

I had this exact problem with my 17" Kopis bought in Sept 2013. I moved each wheel around until I found a configuration where the lugnuts weren't catching on the e-brake parts. I'm also using OE bolts. It must be a pretty tight clearance.

Thanks for you both updating the rest of us! I've ordered my tires and should be receiving them soon, then getting them mounted hopefully the same day. I'll be sure to tell them to be easy when bolting the lug nuts in. From there, I'll go home and examine to see if I encounter anything similar to what you both have gone through. I'll update when available.

I got my wheels yesterday opened it up looks great. The only thing wrong was no center cap sticker. Was that supposed to be extra or are they in the other boxes?

The emblems and cap removal tool is in one of the boxes.
Check thoroughly as the wheels are double boxed.

Wanted to post this to give people another visual and my specs are:

IE3 Race Springs, Bilstein Sports w/ Drop Hats. Front and Rear spring pads were not removed and the Tires are 205/55/15.

When I have time, I do plan to measure out the rears cause I want to run spacers to poke them out a bit.
