    Husco Armrest Manufacturer

    Hello,
I am reaching out to inquire if anyone thinks there may be a market for replacement Husco Armrests for the BMW E30? Originally, my company (Jones & Vining, Inc. – Lewiston, Maine USA) molded these armrests for Dick Husta at Husco Engineering and when he retired in 2005, we purchased the program / tooling from him. We continue to manufacture the original armrest in the original OEM tooling but have focused on supplying them to the Mobile Professional market i.e. police cards, emergency vehicles, etc. Recently, I have learned that the Husco pads are in demand by BMW E30 owners but I am not sure of the market potential or the best way to access it. We were thinking if there is enough interest that we could open an online storefront to sell the pads individually. We sell the pads only - we do not supply the brackets or cupholders. Any thoughts on this and a fair selling price for one-offs would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Dan Keeley

This is cool. Maybe you should start a list and an approximate price.

a common way for small production run stuff to be run on forums is via a group buy.

I’d be in on a group buy if the repoductions are spot on.

Is the metal mount simple enough that I could fabricate it? If so in for a cushion.

Interested. I'd pay ~$100 or so, but cheaper is always better!
