Are the grills a simple install? Anything to watch out for? What are the foam strips used for?

Sorry-they are now $44 a set shipped (USA) but we are temporarily sold out of late model E30 smoked turnsignals.
We have the clears and early E30 smoked in stock.
ETA for late E30 smoked is end of May.
The 4Pc set with the Euro Grills is still $99 a set shipped (USA).
