It'll be swell if I know that the 89mm 318i exhaust could fit the M10 without issues, Although I will be ordering very soon so I wonder if I need to include the "Group Buy" In the message request?Leave a comment:

I can ask but I think the muffler itself will be redesigned and so you would need to swap out the whole unit. I bet you could sell your used one...Stan Could you ask Stromung that If we got a group buy going, would it be for the updated (quieter) catback or a mix of original and updated?Leave a comment:

I'm fond of my Stromung but something slightly milder at lower speeds/RPMs and idle appeals, I dunno how feasible it'd be but if he'd be willing to make a retrofit part that'd adapt an old Stromung to a quieter style that'd be swell.Leave a comment:

Here is the latest. In September I spoke with Scott at Stromung. This is their busy month so no progress on the custom design. BUT, he said that regular work slows down near the end of September and then he would get on with my request. I plan to call him today (October 8th) and will let you know what I learn.
The goal is for a quieter Stromung SS cat-back system for my E30 cabriolet. When completed it will ship to VSR in Bedford NH for installation. I want to compare it to the ANSA currently on my car.
Thanks for your patience.👍 3😀 1Leave a comment:

This thread has given me a reason to regularly revisit R3V, so thanks for everyone involved in coordinating this group buy.Leave a comment:

It's been a while since I've emailed them but they're usually responsive. I think Stan has been trying to coordinate the group buy with them once Stromung's schedule frees up a bit.👍 2Leave a comment:
