    Turtle wax

I had alot of imperfections on my paint & Ive always used Zymol carnauba wax for awhile but because its pricey I switched it up to this

It's a really high gloss wax!! I enjoy waxing my car cuz its easy as hell with this.
Got rid of ALOT of paint imperfections.. (swirls/scratches/really dirty areas)
Only downside I can say is the quantity of it will run low.. lower then a bottled wax.

^^ this is also a cheap wax and the paint is protected for a long time. I dont know how long because I CONSTANTLY wax my car haha. but its nice and beady. :)

Fast life fuck slow..Low life for life
Let the mix flow..Let the night flow
    I'm so gone ✗ ♥ O

You should try Swissvax. Wax isn't supposed to get rid of imperfections, wax is for protecting the finish on a car, and Swissvax is the best imo.

It's really pricy, but it's worth it. I used Turtle Wax when I started detailing, but now I'll never go back.

A cheaper alternative to Swissvax is Poorboys. I use Poorboys Nattys Red for the cheaper jobs, and I must say that I'm very happy and suprised by the beading and the duration of the wax. Remember, that the more you do prior to wax, the better the result will be.

That car has Swissvax Glacier, a wax made for bright colored cars. See how wet it looks!

      Poorboys.

I've used pinnacle, p21s, zymol and the other higher priced brands.

For a daily driver non concourse car, poorboys.

I've had fantastic luck with the Maguires Tech Wax 2.0 paste. It does an excellent job of takin gout light swirls and diminishing scratches while leaving a deep, wet look that lasts for 12 months or so. I know Megs doesn't get a lot of love next to all the fancy European shit but having used it next to Zymol and Griot's, I'm a believer.

I will definitely keep an eye out for Poorboy's too, I've never seen or heard of it out here.

a tub of zymol may be $50, but consider this - that tub could last me 2-3 years. I was going through a $13 bottle of autozone type wax every few months. It doesn't take a rocket science to see that overall the $50 tub is cheaper, not to mention I don't have to wax my car every couple weeks.

The higher priced waxes reflect the higher carnuba content. The carnuba gives great looks but not protection. These nano, synthetic formula types are just right for a daily driver where paint protection and look are important. I use a product called Rejex. Supposedly designed by/for military to protect and maintain helicopter props, makes them easy to clean. An application can last 6 months and gives a wonderful look. Not deep like a wax but in a DD situation, a heavy carnuba may last a month.

Really matters what you are looking for, how much time you are willing to devote and cash you can spend.

For my "company car", I use turtle wax spray wax. For the others, I have a shelf full of goodies.
