It's a comprehensive kit. It worked great with my Sparco seat which is wider in the front than the back (Recaros are same width front and back, I believe).
Seat is solid, slider works great.
My only quibble is that I wish the adapter had one more hole of adjustability taller front and back; not every one is 6'2". My 5'8" son wants it slightly higher.
