I ordered a rear plastic bumper and rear taillight from them shipped for a total of $290.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They shipped right to my door and the quality of the product was amazing. I have nothing but good things to say to these guys. Thanks alot!

Yes they are knowledgeable and you may have been able to save some big money on the bumper from ebay. I just picked up a rear plastic bumper for $150.00 item and shipping.

I went there once a month ago to get my m30. Very nice people and very nice shop. They helped me out with the motor and were very helpfull to my friend that was picking up a part for his e36. The motor I got was complete with wiring for only $600 and the motor is clean inside. Nice.

yeah they are good wish they were a bit closer for me though all that is available close is vines automotive and they might have it all but customer service is very lacking. try to stay away from these guys. I would recommend The Euro Depot though

I ordered an M3 steering rack. I got a invoice 2 weeks later, no description, it was just a charge for -$180. I couldn't figure it out. I called them up and they said they were out of stock so they refunded me. No phone call, nothing. They did refund me, but I already had plans to do the swap that weekend, a heads up that they were out of stock would be nice sometime BEFORE the week after I was expecting it.

The only other time I ordered from them I bought a crank position sensor for an eta, a used one. I know there's no guarantee on used parts, but it didn't work. At all.

I guess between the two experiences I just am not impressed. They didn't do anything wrong, but there is plenty of other suppliers that get the job done much better.

          Just my .0000002 cents.

I have alway been happy with them. If there was ever an error it was taken care offquickly and with no issues. They have always stayed it touch if there was an issue. I have done a lot of business with them and i highly recomend them.

My E30 wouldn't still be on the road without them! I mean it. While they're great for important things, they've hooked me up with so many odds and ends over the years as well. The little things that make an old car begin to feel old... broken bits inside the car, covers, panels, handles, clips, etc... with them you can get all those little things before they accumulate to make the car not worth the effort to put right.

Not to mention, they always treat me right.

Yeah, they're great guys over there! They usually call us begging for rare 2002 stuff that we often have a stock of at our shop and I usually find something I need from them when I go up there to deliver the parts so it all works out in the end!

Is this supposed to be more of a "Transaction Feedback" than a "Product Review" thread????

(note: I have spoken to them as well and agree that they are quite accommodating)

well now I know why they have an m50 for sale without an oil pan, and as for the m3 rack I think I got the last one. very quick shipping and didn't even have to call them about any problems.

Just to throw my experience in pot. I purchased a 3:46LSD for my eta about 3 years ago. It was about $400 shipped and was the best upgrade I ever did to the eta.

Shipping was fairly quick and the LSD has been problem free and works like a champ for 3 years now.
