    Here ya go. I've not yet installed the white plastic sensor, and the diff is still out of the car. Thanks again for your help!

    It might be difficult. Can you get me photos of where the disc is touching the cover. You might have to take sensor out and look through the hole to see where the disc in relation to the slot on the sensor, ie left, center or right of slot. Thanks

    The eared disc is contacting the inside of the E30 cover, and that's before installing the white sensor onto the cover. It's metal-to-metal contact. It seems that a thicker diff cover gasket would help the disc clear the cover. Have you heard of people needing to modify the E30 cover to work with the 3.25 diff? Thanks in advance for any intel you can share.

    Try turning sensor and plate180° or use the sensor on your diff. Let me know.

    I've been searching for a 3.25 diff. Is your a medium case? Seems like a good fit for driving around town and on the freeway. Would you be willing to ship, and, if so, what does shipping to the East Coast cost for something like that?

    3.46 LSD mileage unknown, was off my friend’s e30 with S54, he put less than 1k miles during his 4 years ownership. He replaced 3.46 with 3.25.
