Time frame will be 2nd week of November. I am taking Vacation time in November in Germany so this will be done prior to going.

Yes you do have to be. Right now we are looking at $1600 dollars of material so hence why I would prefer up front. That's a lot of money to front out of just my pocket. Paypal is convenient I would suggest you consider signing up in future. I will consider each on case by case situation.
