I'm sure we'll get our 20% back in due time. I mean if Mark doesn't come through he'll never sell a chip again, and he's been around for a long time. He's been sick and you know people are busy. If it doesn't come by the end of November, I'd say that's too long.

Sorry about the refunds, only a few were sent out and then I got a really bad cold/flu. About 10 days back I thought I was recovering and it came right back, but even worse. That's why I wasn't posting here. Even on Friday, I was so tired I could barely sit at the PC and perform any of my contract job. I think I am almost recovered now (still have a sore throat and ears) but hopefully it does not return. I'll send out those refunds this week and will should have then all sent by Friday or Saturday at the latest. During the weekdays, I have to catch up on my contract work which is now far behind. I can send out a few refunds in the evening but not in the middle of the day. But don't worry, I've always sent them out. The next time I run a sale, I'll make a page where you just order at the discounted price, I think that will be better for everyone. The problem I once had was somehow Google saved that page and people ordered 6 months later at a discounted price.

Mark came out to our Auto X session a few weeks ago and did a Q and A with us on tuning (I love being local). Really awesome guy. I've had one of his chips in my ETA and it made a world of difference.

He has a really nice E34 M5 also... actually.. 2 of them.

Thanks for the answer Mark, ive had the chip and its been installed for a week. Works great, my confusion was about the refund and lack of response. All clear now.

Had to wait on my chip to come in from Canada. Just got it a couple days ago. LOL he declared the value as $3 to customs.

I just got my refund as well. Looks like everyone has their chips and (edit: MOST PEOPLE HAVE GOT THEIR) refunds and all is well in the world again. Thanks Mark for the sweet deal! Next time try not to get the flu! Try to wear one of those really cool surgical masks next flu season! Just kidding, I can't wait to put this chip in!

Uhm, I'm still waiting for my refund - and I've been trying to get a hold of Mark the past ten days or so to confirm what MAF I should put on my engine, with no success. I'll PM here again.
