        Dampening = getting it wet

        Damping = making quieter

          No, you are just the only "motherfucker" who tried to correct a correctly used word. Time to bust out the dictionary for the old geezers. ;)

              ouch!

              u know i have a friend that thinks hes right all the time. but really he's a dumb ass! one time he tried telling me and some friends that Mercedes benz engines are machined so perfectly that they dont use head gaskets. when he speaks he sounds so convincing though. like he really knows what hes talking about. we dont even correct him.

                Ha. I love those guys. I'll talk out my ass as much as I can, but when I know i'm beat I'll admit it. Plus I always do the quick google if i'm going to correct someone. Luke knows I'm just messing with him.

                Now everyone, let's direct our attention to these seemingly LOUD exhausts - Unless otherwise corrected. I can see how it would be great for a strictly track car due to its weight and high allowance of decibel level. Street would seem to be a no go. I'm still waiting to hear what "silencer" is going to be used.

                Oh, and once again, Lukes dual gif posts are lagging the hell out of my browser when I scroll over his post.

                        295.00 .. if you move that decimal point one space to the left thats what they go for on ebay.

                        confirm or deny i need a wing to run this exhaust ?

                          Nah, those only weigh 8 lbs. . . Totally different :D

                          I don't see the point in paying $300 to make a little less sound. Like I said, these would not do for the street. If it's going to be loud as hell anyways, why not just run full straight pipe?

                            That is a completely different exhaust. First of all we have designed these exhaust specifically for BMW's. There arent any exhaust companies that make a universal rear section with a dual inlet. They usually only make them with a single inlet. Our exhaust will be great for most BMW's with dual inlet... all you would need to do is cut the OEM exhaust off and weld on ours.
                            Also if you pay attention to other cheap exhaust like ebay the tips are like an inch appart! Looks like crap if you ask me. Thats why we have designed the 3.5" tips to be as close to each other as possible... similar to an m5 or m6 exhaust tip but more aggressive.:nice:

                            I will have pixs mounted on an e46 and my turbo e30 with sound clip within this next week.

                            Thanks,
                            Ary

                              completely different exhaust .. because the tips are a little wider then yours, which you only accomplished by making the tips 3.5" (bigger then the ebay ones)which are WAY too big and look stupid. you could easily have a shop weld on some dual pipes rather then the single Y for cheap.you also removed nearly all the sound damping and the point of having a muffler. might as well run dual 3.5" straight pipes. im sure im not the only person here who thinks and always has thought you are a ricer.
