    GB: Koni Shocks/Struts

Hey folks...I've done some reading and it looks like there is some serious interest for a Koni group buy.

    The price (target): $500.00 shipped
    The catch: Minimum 5 sets

I've found a local supplier here that may back this depending on interest, if there is more than 5 sets, the price may drop. With the research I have done, this should be the lowest price anywhere.

Also, depending upon interest and those wanting the REAL DEAL...I may be able to get Ground Control's complete e30 coil over system for 1250-1300 plus shipping. GC is currently asking 1500 for this setup.

No "tire-kickers" please...looking for serious buyers only. Give yourself the best Christmas present this year!

I can get Koni SAs for $450.-- Pure Motorsport Why don't you try getting a GB through them to get a good deal. I don't think you looked into pricing as well as maybe you could have.
            Group buy is pointless.

            EDIT:
            M3, 318ic, and 325ic are $450
            318i, 325i/e is $474
            318is is $486

Sorry for a late reply guys. I was working on a mission for the Army in Colorado and I got redeployed back to California. As far as an in-stock status, for folks on the western part of the US, the shocks would ship from CA, and for folks in the east, they would ship directly from Koni's eastern US warehouse. Shocks would ship approx. 1-2 days after the order is placed.

Just as a heads up to everyone, in the aftermarket word, there is little to no mark-up on shocks because pricing is so competitive everywhere. Companies make more on springs and usually try to sell them as a package. For the price the Pure Motorsport is selling those shocks, they are probably basing them off of a huge annual or semi-annual buy from Koni or another distributor. In which case...you could be waiting a very long time to save $25.

I can guarantee $500 shipped for anywhere in the continental US if we have 5 ppl wanting to buy. I can get it down to $465 shipped to the continental US if we get 10 or more people to buy. The distributor here is making a large Koni buy in mid-January, so that is why they can guarantee this price.

Also, this price will be regardless of what model of e30 you have (M3, 318i/is/ic, 325e/es/i/is/is), unless you have a 325iX - in which case the prices will be $515 shipped and $475 shipped respectively.

Also, PMS didn't factor shipping into their price...so please take that into consideration when comparing price. Please PM me if you have any questions/concerns/etc. Please keep the post free for ppl to join the buy only.
