I would also like to ask if its possible to pay (send PayPal to email) the recaclulated price?
Because the payment will go through my credit card and I don't think it can be refunded.

(I plan to send out the first batch of refunds on Monday or Tuesday, but I may wait till the 20th and send all the 20% discounts on the 21st)

Sure you can send the discounted price if you like, and specify which chip you want.
