Hey Vert.....I have not handled shipping or taxes at all, see my earlier posts. The pricing is for equipment only...I thought we would call supplier on our own w/ some type of code, like "e 30 group" and handle shipping/taxes as need be. At this point in time I have not heard from GANGSTA in days........I dont think I am in any position to negotiate further w/ just you and me.......I dont even know if these prices will hold w/ us 2.....I will call supplier on Tues.........I just need to know you are in...I will give the supplier your name for a heads up......did I do something wrong on this GB...? I am shocked at lack of response....

Well my thought on the subject is. I would like quality adjustable components for my E30vert and I know that it costs to do things right and be able to "dial in" ones suspension preferences. It appears that lots of E30 enthusiasts are content with just installing a set rate shock/strut and spring combination that people say is a good way to go. With this setup one can adjust the ride stiffness or softness as well as the height to a certain degree. Lots more adjustability.


If I cannot get the supplier to do the whole sha-bang for the 681 then I may be doing the same thing and going with a non-adjustable setup. As I have actually come across some smokin deals on the Bilstien Sports with H/R Sport springs setup. Just takes time to do the research and pricing.

I felt that we could even do better than the $681 if enough people jumped on the bandwagon, but alas that has not materialized.

I hear that.......but still I thought or expected to see more real interest......when I talk to the supplier I will try to set it up so you can order directly w/ the code..which I will try to get as "e30 group". At 681 I was willing and happy to pay for shipping....because it was a good deal and from the direct source.....these top adjustables are only avail from 2 sources......I will finalize things by tomm......and let you know. Maybe I can get them to hold group pricing till like Feb 16 or so.......

I'm trying to figure out what to do this spring/summe and im thinking about these shocks so I'm interisted.

A quick question though. Whats are rsm's? And what are GC bump stops?

R ear S hock M ounts.......... these are much better than stock( see Ground Control website) and they are required w/ the top adjustable rear shocks in this package. G round C ontrol bump stops.......modified by them to be a bit shorter and I think maybe stiffer.......to replace stock stops......

edit: one more question.. Are the front shocks adjustable too, or is it just the rears?

I think you would attact more ppl if you used complete sentences and puncuation. Also it would help to use the *edit* button when you need to add or correct something. That would of really cleaned up the thread. ;)

Vert, gangsta, and all others..........I have spoken w/ supplier and arranged for all of us to order individually using the term " Mr. Hanky" as our password to discount pricing. It may be posted on their web but anyone taking orders on the phone will be aware of it. I was speaking to both Dale and Jake about this deal. Final pricing discussed today is 683.12 for all 4 shocks, 2 rsm's, 4 bump stops and 2 spacers.....one spacer goes into each strut housing before strut does. Shipping and whatever else, to be handled by you directly when ordering.
It was my pleasure doing this but I must say I was a bit let down by the response.....maybe it was just bad timing on my part. Good luck; I will post about my set up when its all done. I will also post pics of my AutoPower RB asap.........oops.....our supplier is Ground Control...thats who you call......sorry bout that. 530 677 8600.

Thanks for doing all the leg work to set this deal up. Sounds like a nice deal depending on shipping cost and taxes,etc. I will contact them and let them know Mr Hanky sent me :)
