It was shipped on the 12th. Delivery date 18th.

Now it says the 23rd.

It turns out their tracking system wasn't accurate in this case. Mine arrived this morning in good shape.

and we both know that UPS also sucks.
Remember the package you sent me and had problems with? Well I paid a duty of $23.xx which is not bad, but after the payment has gone through and everything, they sent a collection agency after me, accusing me of not paying.

I've complained to UPS several times, and they said that they would close the dispute, but they have yet done that. Never again, will I use UPS for anything.

I've sent and received many packages in the past, and the best experiences are always with USPS and Canada Post. But that's just me.

I just sent 4 wheels & tires to CA from NH, via UPS. According to their tracking info, they got to OH and never left. But in truth, they were delivered on-time.
