Big bore Throttle body group buy!

Absolutely agree. M30 flows more volume just by the size of the oriface.

I have heard alot of bad stuff about the M30 throttle body especially since you are not allowing any more air through the stock AFM. My suggestions sack up and buy a MAF kit. Ted I am sure this would make leaps and bounds for your awsome car.

well the m30 bolt holes would need to be sloted, and alos you would need to put a fiting in your manifold for the power booster as the m30 tb doesn't have one, like our m20's do.

it could work, i'd like to see it doen, but i don;t have a spare manifold to mess around with.

uhh, the throttle body is not the same thing as an AFM..

from what I have seen and compared here, the M30 throttle body is the same size as the M20, butterfly wise, what would the improvement be?

Most people get gains such as a wheelie in to 2nd and 3rd gear

yes but by simply buying a larger bore thorttle body you dont accomplish anything, The Opening in the intake manifold wuld then be smaller than the TB opening. Since atleast my TB is the same size as the opening so Id have to mill it out if i wanted a BBTB along with the MAF Conversion this might be pretty cool.
