      thanks josh.

i've been using these things for awhile now and will be running a set of 4x100 > 5x120s this upcoming year, so i figured it made some sense to offer them through my own business.

i have done my homework on e30s and offsets/tires in general, so i can help anyone who is looking to run some wheels that need adapted. :)

so if I get a (4x100 to 5x120) set, what's the offset of the new wheels should I be looking at?

do you have a specific set of 5x120 wheels you're looking to run?

the skinniest 4x100 > 5x120 adapters we can do are 18mm, so it really depends on what widths the wheels are, as well as how you'd like them to sit.

for wheels 7-9" wide, you're going to want to be in the et25+ (numerically higher number, i.e. et35, et45, etc) range as a rough estimate.

If lucky, the E36 will die peacefully, in its natural habitat, and be given the prestigious honor of donating its parts to an E30

Quick noob question that I might imagine other people wondering as well.

Are steel lugs okay in aluminum adapters or does one need to buy new lugs made out of a different material.

The whole hard metal vs soft metal physics of it all is a bit blurry to me.

the adapters include all the hardware you'll need to attach them to your car and the wheels to the adapters.

the hardware is steel, and basically what that means is you can't have the guys at pep boys put your wheels back on with air tools. :p

always install the lugs with a good torque wrench and you'll be fine. i've run these things for about 7 years now with various sets of wheels and never had a problem.

If you have the wheels on your car put back on by the guys at Pep Boys with air tools, you shouldn't be running adapters in the first place.

I do as much of my own work as I can but I'm too lazy to put them back on by hand, always use air tools, faster imo.

But I can understand the positions of using adapters. You running adapters on yours anderson?
