Are these pressure tested at all? some/all of them? if so to how many psi?

That is NOT a DOT-approved line in your link. Read carefully, what blunt is selling is the same type of thing just a little less deceptive in its marketing.

Here's their wording, tricky and not officially dot-approved. Note that it doesn't actually say DOT-approved.

"it is also designed to meet the Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Standard MVSS-106."

Without going into it, the clutch line does not go through the same DOT guidelines as a brake line. It's just a nice touch to use dot-line (though its not officially dot-approved).

well, then they are pressure testing them at least to 4k psi, have these been tested to their maximum psi to know how good/safe these are? just a nice thing to know before purchasing.

another example, to compare to this one.

I can understand, but again this is primarily just marketing with some technical jibberish thrown in to take advantage of guys like you. In my mind there is a certain amount of tech that is pertinent and then the fluffy-tech verbiage thrown on top.

Case in point ... that uuc listing. UUC uses the same supplier as Blunt. The funny thing with that listing is there is no picture which I take to mean that if UUC doesn't have the correctly shaped piece in stock they'll send you a "universal" fitting piece that might work, and you'll never know the difference.

I should say Blunt is my competitor, but he is an honest competitor. Meaning if something ever does go wrong I'd trust him to make it right over those with fluffly-marketing.

Thank you Andrew Yes UUC has their lines made by the same people we use. But they have or had a different design which requires an adapter. They may have changed this and you should check with UUC to confirm But that is the reason we redesigned ours to eliminate the adapter.
The same specs can be applied (ie PSI ratings) to our lines as they are made in the same plant

Geez. Get off the DOT and PSI ratings, would you. This is a quality piece made by TechniFit. I have their brake lines on my car. Excellent stuff.

And this clutch line is really tempting...don't have that, yet.
