The Revshift E30 24V Swap Guibo!

    Introducing the Revshift swap guibo!

This allows you to use your stock e30 driveshaft when swapping a 24 valve engine and a ZF trans. It adapts the 96mm/12mm ZF transmission flange to the 78mm/10mm E30 driveshaft.

This will go great with some Revshift polyurethane swap engine mounts and trans mounts.

And the best part! It will save you a nice chunk of cash because you wont have to source and purchase an e36 driveshaft, center support bearing, and oem guibo.

    Features:
    - CNC machined 6061 aluminum body
    - 95A durometer polyurethane bushings
    - Allows use of OEM driveshaft
    - Lifetime warranty

Brilliant! I wish you had this when I first swapped, because I bought a brand new shaft that this would work great with. I may still buy one for when my current shaft dies.

Will this also work for using an M42 G240? I understand that trans needs an E36 manual DS as well.

I believe so. If the G240 takes 12mm bolts then yes, it should work.

I don't understand how this works. Won't the bolts from the 78mm diameter portion interfere with the flange on the driveshaft? Would love to see a pic of this all bolted together.

If they don't interfere somehow could it be built big small big small big small rather than big big big small small small like it is?

Look again... it is Big, Small, Big, Small, Big, Small.

but seeing it bolted up would be nice.

Next time I'm with my car, I'll take a pic of it bolted up. Fits perfectly with no clearance issues I have seen and I'm running a Getrag 260 from an E car (96mm BCD) and using a 325i driveshaft (78mm BCD).

Obvious vibration and harshness increase but it seems to be a quality product aside from that, and I had planned on it, so it's not really a negative.

How noticeable was the increase in nvh?
