10mm for the lug bolts, 6mm for the two that hold the adapter to the kidney-shaped piece, 8mm for the bolt that holds the kidney piece to the hub.

90 ft.lbs for all the lug bolts and nuts, and 75ft.lbs. is good for the two smaller bolts.

I ordered spacers and got them within a few days, customer service and the spacers are both excellent
