Someone find out if they can do GT3's in 15x8. Those are hot wheels, I'd be down for a set of those, black centers, polished lips.Comment

this is a long shot, but any chance of doing a set of 15x8 grids in an ET30 offset (or maybe one already exists)? I don't give a fuck what color they are, that's what spray paint is for.. but ET20 with an 8" wheel definitely won't work on an ix. :(Comment

Well, I just talked to Jessica at 18racing. She said that no one has put a deposit down for the 15x8's and she only had heard from 2 or 3 people interested in this size. It's a custom size for Rota, so 10 people are needed, and flat black is the color.
I personally can't put any money up until the 31st, at that time I will call and see where it stands. If at that time there are still no deposits, I guess we can consider it a dead issue. I'm not as interested in the 16's, but if there are any of those left on the 31st I may go that way.
BTW, Rota's website lists a 16x8, 4x100, et20mm, 57.1 centerbore Slipstream as a standard wheel-not any kind of "special".
It sounds like we can either agree to get the Slipstreams in this size(15's) and color or just forget the whole thing. I'd like for it to happen, maybe we can quit argueing about what "should" or "could" happen and just nut up.1973 BavariaComment

It's not dead yet, she seemed to be agreeable to it if we could drum up some serious interest.
Something else to think about is that if this is a "one-off" type of deal, and you break a wheel, will replacements be available?
I like the idea, but there are definitely a few issues.1973 BavariaComment
