As luck would have it..... He's found at least one e30 local to him thats willing to let him mold off of. :D The first thing he told me when he mentioned..... But one of the fenders has a dent in it. *LOL*

Tyler, PM me about your ideas and I'll see what can be done to make them happen.

As far as everything else, we'll start with a base of a few pieces that can be made regularly and cheaply. Then we'll add to that. Don't worry.... his goal is to make $100,000 this year. Not as a business...... but in his pocket. And he's completely aware of what he needs to do to make that happen. Today he went to Canadas equivalent of workmans comp so he could do some of the paperwork to make it legit. He's looking to hire another employee for just sanding and polishing if anyone in Calgary is interested. :D

Like I've said.... the side skirts may happen, but it will be a while. Anything thats not a real popular piece will be run in short numbers just to eliminate the threat of having a stockpile of a part that no one wants. And remember.... there is always the possibility for a one off. If you want something done, but you don't want everyone and their mother to have it..... PM me and I can set you up with a way to get that to happen.

      THIS GUY'S IN CALGARY?!

Wow, small world. If he needs a car for molds off of and the car won't be damaged at all then I can give him mine for a bit. It's in storage anyways.

Want to PM me his name? Want to see if he's on a local forum based out of Calgary.

      Hope this project pulls through.

      Mike

A carbon trunk (CSL style would be especially pimp), a good fitting sunroof, and a good fitting hood are all big things that would sell well.

Kidney rings, tweeter pods, map pockets (2dr and 4dr are different though?) and other small interior stuff will likely sell good.

Maybe side mirrors (stock or race style) would be good too

I have a gauge cluster that is a hartge dash overlay I'll snap some pics and people can chime in for interest, but it could be copied.

I would like to see a door pocket/pull combo

            OK, so:
            Functional sunroof (price allowing)
            late model plate filler
            ryan g splitter
            brake ducts
            kidney rings
            tweeter sails
            carbon mtech1 rear spoiler
            outer door handle

I would need prices and a bit to pull the cash together but those are my general interest pieces

i would definitely be down kidney rings, and definely for brake ducts, maybe(probably) two sets of both. maybe tweeter pods and door trim if the price was right

oh, and i'd buy door handles too. except they'd have to be covered, since they wouldn't hold up to well to the pulling

what about a dead pedal? ebrake handle?

                  Carbon fiber headliner anyone?

He's got the new epoxy in and a whole crap load of CF. He's just waiting on parts to arrive. Once they do production will start. :D

You get it in..... VERY carefully. On the neons there's enough room to get it in and out.

And thats a rear lip for a Neon in the back ground. Like I said.... just waiting for stuff to be delivered to get things rolling. :D

No way that would work for an E30, surely?

Yeah it would fit, you just have to roll it up a little and then squeeze it inside. :giggle:

Take out the backglass. It's easy enough.
