    I know what you mean. The leather is thicker than the Alcantara, and doesn't lie as flat. I'm thinking it will level over time. Only way to force it flatter is to sew french seams over each one, but that will be way too many lines/colors going on (not to mention a sewing nightmare for yours truly). Best bet if you're looking for a flatter look is the Alcantara...

      Is there any final pictures if the shift boot done? Cause mine is getting ratty looking.

          I'm sure it takes some kind of special machine but it be cool if you could stitch r3v onto the shift boot or whatever else.
