LowTec Group Buy

I apologiize for the delays - our supplier let us down with delays in getting our order complete before it could be shipped.
Some of the suspension kits were on backorder from Lowtec - this was unexpected as we thought that all the suspension kits were in stock.
Then the shipper had to wait for them to arrive (Lowtec was on vacation for close to 3 weeks as well) before completing the packing of the pallets in the container to ship.
It would be cost prohibitive to ship just a few suspension kits - that is why the order had to be completed before shipping.
Unfortunately we are at the mercy of our supplier and their shipping company.

Believe me, I am just as anxious to receive the container as you are as we have about $40,000 in inventory coming in that we need.
Due to the delay, I am working on some sort of compensation in the form of a refund or credit for the inconvenience.I will have more information on this when the shipment arrives.
A 30 to 60 day lead time for a Group Buy from Europe is not unusual especially when it involves new never before imported items.
We are within that time frame - the Group Buy ended on 8/15 and we had to wait for payments beyond that date before the final orders could be placed.

I am trying my best to get the shipment to you as soon as possible.

We've had numerous Group Buys in the past that went off very smoothly, so don't let this one put a bad taste in your mouth.
The sole purpose of a Group Buy is to save you 25% or better off regular prices.On the Lowtec suspension kits this can relate to savings of over $250.
