Because I want a properly shielded H4 bulb. I don't want to stick a crap H4 light bulb into the housing and be scattering light all over the place.

I would probably NOT want a hi-low setup, especially if it has a "motorized" shield that creates the high/low change.

It would actually be going in a European E28 headlight, but very similar to a hella setup.
