May I suggest shimming the CSB down 1/4" to compensate for the lower engine/trans mounts? This would level out the driveshaft to the diff and cut the angle in half, greatly reducing any stress that may take place.
E30 M3 guys run 740il motor mounts (due to cost) and they are 1/4" lower. You then shim the trans and CSB down to compensate, so reported issues.
