Who is the supplier you spoke to? I have been in the heat of the battle between habbie and understeer. This was never brought to my attention and I have never read of such a thing.

Dont know about you guys but Id rather pay the extra 10-20 dollars for a brand name that has been in the market.

Word. I'm pissed people had to be dicks about that GB, he's a great seller and I had every intention of picking up another set of HIDs from him. This guy just has "Scam" written all over him.

good for you!! because i have the exact opposite. it took Jim almost a year to get me my replacement Xtecs which craps out in the heat. AWESOME, i talk to Leif or Life or Lief and what do i get? i get Apexcone replacements. in less then 3 months, it's dying and it's not even hot. contacted them again. it's been 4 months already and NOT A SINGLE flicker of response. Calling them gets VM, emailing to quadraplegics or something since i am not getting ANY response... ug... do i have to wait almost another year to replace these Apexcraps out of my car??? at this point, i would rather cut my losses and never do business with them again; i even have lifetime warrenty on them but fuck it. i'd rather go with someone else who responds.

i know you like to crap on bavtoys but you know what? at least i hear back from habbie.

oh, they sold tom (a local guy here) a set of slim ballasts. the double sided tape they supplied is SUBPAR. cleaned both sides of the taped area and the tape failed. no, not the part that sticks to the car and the ballast but the actual tape separated. there was half of the tape on the car and the other on the ballast... somewhere on Rt80. DDM supplied items are GARBAGE. what did they do when he showed them the failed tape? they sold him a new ballast. OK, your product FAILED and you're going to charge your customers for parts that came with your product went bust?? very classy. i know, you're going to say the tape isn't suupose to be used or the tape must have came off because it wasn't clean.... no, visualize the tape and if you can very carefully take a knife and slice it half as thick, that's what happened to the tape. i can understand if there was nothing left of the tape or there was tacky part left; that would mean the surface was not clean. there was none of that.

You come here telling us you have a group buy for HIDs that are made by the same company as Apexcone and then waste our bandwidth telling us how much they suck? Are you legally retarded or just stupid? Try contributing something USEFUL to this forum or just get the fuck out entirely.
