I can understand family emergencies. I hope he is alright.
I don't want to sound like a hard ass, but this was supposed to be shipped well before the end of Feb (according to messages on both 2/16 and 2/26) so that shouldn't have ever been an issue to stop shipping. I did ask you to hold it after you failed to meet both the 2/22 and 2/29 shipping targets, because had it showed up during the week of 3/7, I had no way of changing the delivery type. I was out of the country and without cell service.
But I thought asking for a TR# went without saying, since I have in at least 3 PMs I have sent.
So...tracking # please?
I have never been this patient with a near $500 order. I'll indicate the Paypal claim as closed once everything is received.

You asked me to hold shipping until you where back from your trip. I did. It shipped out early this week you should have it monday. I have been in the hospital with my Son for 12 days now after an SUV hit him. You are kright I have not responded until now. But the parts are shipped and you will get them shortlyWe're approaching nearly a month since promised shipping date. Or an explanation of why this has been delayed over a month.
I've called, PM'ed you and now I'm leaving a public message, because that seemed to work last time.
I still have no product. Promised ship date was 2/22. We are at 3/17.
Lack of response in the form of a telephone call before 5pm EST today will result in a Paypal claim. Should this fail, I'll be posting a charge back through my American Express, which has never and will not fail.
Thank you.Leave a comment:

We're approaching nearly a month since promised shipping date, without so much as an explanation of why this has been delayed over a month (yes I understand powdercoating, we've been through that).

Lack of response in the form of a telephone call before 5pm EST today will result in a Paypal claim. You stated Sunday you'd be shipping Monday (3/14), but I did not receive tracking information (which you are aware that I need to change the delivery type, since I am never home during drop off hours).
Should Paypal fail to do it's job, as is the occasion from time to time, I'll be posting a charge back through my American Express, which has never and will not fail.
Additionally, if TR# provided does NOT reflect a Monday ship date, I'll be looking for some sort of partial reimbursement, for being lied to and put off, yet again.
I've never had such difficulty conducting business with you in the past and I'm not sure what's changed here.
EDIT: I saw you online reading this; I know you're aware there's a problem. Lack of immediate attention is just more disheartening.Last edited by Nick's e30; 03-17-2016, 09:46 AM.Leave a comment:

To make the above abundantly clear, seeing as it has been 8 days since a very large payment with no communication on this, if it isn't already clear, my patience has expired. Looking forward to your response, which I expect by close of East Coast business today.Leave a comment:

Happy to hear this. I know it's saved my pan more than once.I can attest that this are the sh!t! The roads where I'm stationed, Barksdale AFB, in Shreveport are horrible. Busted my last oil pan and then ordered yours. Best $200 I've ever spent. Took a massive hit a few months back, large asphalt mountain in the middle of the road; hit is square on, lifted the car up off the front wheels and pulled the intake boot off of my MAF not even pushed in a bit. Shit is boss. Thanks mate!!
