I had my doubts, Ive been driving my car balls low since around may or so... Ive hit this skid plate an illogical amount of times on different occasions and it kept on ticking.

Last week I hit a speedbump sized patch of asphalt on the Grand central going about 50 in the rain... I shed a tear or two because I knew that my luck had finally run out. The next morning, as expected, there was a swimming pool of oil under the front of my car :( (sorry forest creatures!!). The rest of the week, Thursday and Friday, consisted of me constantly topping off with oil and checking the oil level. I finally get the chance to look at it on sunday, take the splash guard and skid plate off expecting the worst. To my surprise, after wiping the plate clean, it is completely entact, no scratches, no cracks nada! :mrgreen:

turns out it was a bad oil pan gasket that mr JB weld took care of no problem....


Cliffs: Give EJ your money, save your car.

EJ, you should make some stickers that say "protect your investment use only genuine ejnight skid plates" I want one free and credit for the idea!

i highly recommend this skid plate. i just got mine last week and i love it. cause with my new suspension it would have hit my oil pan on stupid things but now the skid plate protects it all

That oil pan looks a bit covered in oil. I'd check it out ASAP...

Lowered the car 1", it's not slammed but pretty low



Took the car for a afternoon cruise and I'm glad I have an ejnight skidplate as it took 5 good shots already. Look like I'm going to need a bit stiffer spring in the front.
