    i was just wondering, my car has a 95 M3 rack swapped on it, on an m20.. would that make any difference?

    how much for a black steel m20 plate shipped to CA 91402?

    best modification to any car is a clean car.

      It doesnt make a difference. I have the same '95 rack with a s50. No issues. The plate gets bolted to the subframe, so there is no worries.

                              So I know we determined that the IX doesn't need one to protect the oil pan but how about just a shield for the belts and such? You can go from the rad support to the subframe without any clearance issues on either side so in theory you could have a nice wide shield that would offer more protection than the stock plastic piece.

                                Just looked at the pan and see some scrapes. I need to get this ASAP :) Damn gas covers at the gas station sets too high for the lowered car.
