This is what happened today. I wish I had a skid plate. I've learned my lesson I will be ordering one from you as soon as I get money. But for the rest of you.... take my advice. Buy one now before this happens to you.

I wish this did not happen to you. It sucks. My first E30 came with a ripped off oil pan. So I feel your pain. Let me know I have them in stock.

Not so much. I have made one. I need a car to final fit it. But I have not put much in to it. Like the IX plates every one wanted one until I made them. If you have a local guy we can do a final fit on the one I have.

It's ready for rally race or drift. I have never had to replace one because it was broke.

I'm actually a bit concerned about this. Is the rad support something that will withstand the force coming up through the plate when you hit something?

If you hit so hard that it rips the radiator support. You will have a lot more to worrier about. There is a Skid plate made that you weld in with a large u shaped tube. It looks tuff. but it cost a lot more$ and is no easy install. I also don't feel you get that much more protection. The type of force you are talking about would wipe out a lot more that just the plate.
