225/40/16 in the bottom.... all above are 215/45/16. Sorry I was too lazy to put them side by side, so I just pushed them against the wall to show the diameter difference.

Look up some threads by AlpineE30M52, he was running 205/45/16s on his 16 x 9 Borbets, it looked perfect to me.

It'd be very hard to tell the difference. Car height wise, remember you have to cut that difference by half (since your struts would be in the center of the tire)

    Diameter of Tire Sizes

    215/45/16 - 23.60 in

    205/45/16 - 23.25 in
    225/40/16 - 23.10 in

The 215/45/16 is gonna be a 1/2 in higher than the 225/40/16. I dunno if that's gonna look right imo. Also, the stretch will be different to.

I think im going to try 215/45/16 for the front and 225/40/16 for the rear. We will see what happens.

The wheel is going to be the problem--I've been running 225/45/16 on my 16x7.5 Schnitzers for years. All it required to make them fit was a very mild fender rolling in the rear, which I had to do anyway for the 225 Kuhmo V700s. The fronts fit no problem. This was originally rolling on H&R Sports too. The 9" wheel will make for a wider track and put the tire closer to the fender though.

205 on a 7.5 in rim won't have a super stretch at all. 215 on a 9 will be a pretty good stretch. with some fender massage in the rear, a 225/40 will fit great with a et20 wheel with the 9in.

Man im sorry idk about this stuff lol
Yes, you can use 215/45 in the front. I am right now but the chance of rubbing is higher.

215 has usually more grip than a 205. But fitting a 205 is easier.

225 is wide for the front stock fenders.

those are gonna be the closest to the same diameter. 215/45/16 will be alot taller than 225/40/16, it will look funny imo.

these are the tires i ordered.
