          Yours Truly,
          Damian @ BMA!
Since you posted this, i re-checked my earlier result, and either they have lowered their prices some, or I included something then I did not now. This is taken from the list you provided:

Now this is really an incomplete list. If you are going to do the crank seal and the cam and intermediate seals, you also need the cam flange o-ring (1112126508--$0.73) and the lower timing cover gasket (11141720903--$1.20).That brings the az.com total to $93.98, again with free shipping. I appreciate that you can price match, but the autohausaz "kit" includes a Graf (OEM) water pump with a cast-iron impeller (not cheap stamped steel like yours), and all Conti belts (also OEM), inlcuding the critical timing belt.

One other thing, if you are going to do the crank seal, you need a $50 special tool to hold the crank while you pull the 300-lb.ft. bolt (and put it back).

This is also a good time to do the thermostat, its seals, and any iffy-looking (or feeling--squishy=BAD!) coolant or heater hoses.

sorry if this offends anyone, just passing along info... i also included a screenshot of the "complete" kit including thermostat and seals... (second attachment).

Any reason you didnt include the alternator belt which is 10.55 or the rest of the timing belt kit(ie tensioner which is 19.74)? Making the total what damian stated before!

As long as the pump is metal(yes they make plastic ones now ) it should last as long as the timing belt.

Yeah, "complete" is just in the eye of the beholder, im more on the side of replace it even if it doesnt need it while im there. But none the less this is still a good deal.

the plastic ones in new BMWs are --ironically enough-- actually eaten up by the blue coolant that BMW uses! it contains a "plasticiser" that actually softens and destroys plastic!! (Then they wonder why (newer-model) BMW plastic rads, reservoirs, and necks are 60-100K wear items...) Now, would I put a plastic impeller water pump in my car, even without smurf blood in the system? Not a chance! When i heft the rock-solid Graf I bought, i know its a keeper.

Sorry if you think i "slandered" you. Truth is a complete defense to a charge of slander, and the fact is stamped is "cheaper" than cast iron. If people want to run a "budget" item in this critical role, more power to them.

Nothing wrong with the Graf unit...that is why we carry it, along with Hepu, Geba, Genuine BMW and Meyle...just to name a few we stock. We provide our customers with the (quality) options that best cater to their needs.

Crap, I already bought mine. Great deal.

Btw, including a Thermostat would make it epic.
