I just bought the Conti timing belt and tensioner for $50, which is not bad...but the water pump was $80!

OK, Pelican's "Water Pump Super-Kit" costs $360 for a 325i.

it includes a few other things, but not $260 worth of things:

• New Water Pump and Gasket
• New Thermostat and Gasket
• New Fan Clutch
• New Radiator Mounts
• New Radiator Cap
• Fan Clutch Tool and Counter Holder
• New Upper and Lower Radiator Hoses
• 12 oz. Redline Water Wetter Corrosion Treatment
• New Timing Belt (6 Cylinder Cars)
• New Timing Belt Tensioner and Spring (6 Cylinder Cars)
• New Timing Belt Service Decal (6 Cylinder Cars)
• Front Crankshaft Seal

BMA parts is totally legit. I have emailed them many times with a long list of part numbers and they send me back a message saying "$20 shipped" and I have it next week.
