Yes it can to some very small extent but not so much.
Bracing the chassis will make the suspension operate more precisely.
The CAs are actually "wobbly" in the front chassis. The boys at the factory did add more structure to the car so it wouldn't bend in the middle... But it works a little like holding a couple of two by fours out in front of you.
The major effect of bracing is to keep all the body parts going in the same direction and the chassis in one piece.
