After installing it in my 318is I notice a difference. It climbs faster in first gear and each gear feels a bit stronger. I'm satisfied :).

I installed mine today, it was a bit of a PITA, but I got it done.
I feel the difference, but haven't really been able to push it.
Did a run with my friend who has a modded 06 Mini Cooper S and I was only a car length behind him, which suprised me alot.

Drove around tonight, you can really feel the difference in torque and response.
