I post every once in awhile, but do honesly forget about them for most of if not all of the week. THen I check here and see this thread has been updated and get all excited again.
Speaking of which, I think I have decided to go with 205/40/17 tires on these. I really don't want to touch the fenders on the E30 (resprayed car, don't know how it'll take fender massaging). Did a few quick mearurements and it looks like with the 205/40/17 I will be in perfect shape at et25.
Hey, I have that size tire at the moment and would totally recommend against it - they look way too small on the car, and first gear winds out in like a second.
obviously do what you like, but just thought id give you a heads up :P

Thanks for the heads up man....I think I did decide on the 215/40/17 already though. Will order within the next few days I think. I have RS-2's on the weaves now and like them. Now that they are on closeout on TireRack, I can snag some up for not too much.
Nobody should ever mount a 205 tire on to these rims at any time. It's extremely undersized and would be the definition of euro-stretched. It has zero benefits, but a lot of down sides.
I've provided plenty of tire fitment advice here. And customers have posted photos of 215's fitting without the need for any work.
A 205 setup would be a down grade even if you are on them now on a smaller wheel. These wheels were ment for rubber. Use 215 at the very minimum.

I don't have any pics tonight, but I will tomorrow.
HyperBlack was definitely the right choice for my Zinno E30.
I have a rubbing issue up front when I turn about one turn either way, the tire contacts the fender. Going to raise the car up a bit tomorrow to get rid of that. Other than that, it seems like it clears everywhere else! My car is so damn low.
